At Rosado Landscaping & Design LLC, we carefully schedule each project to ensure proper planning, material coordination, and dedicated crew time. Because we reserve specific dates and begin preparation in advance, the following cancellation terms apply.
Estimates
Estimates are provided at no cost.
Clients may cancel or reschedule an estimate appointment at any time up until the morning of the scheduled visit. We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
Scheduled Projects & Services
Once a project has been approved and scheduled, your selected start date is reserved exclusively for your property.
Clients may cancel scheduled work at any time prior to the start date; however:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
• Any materials that have been purchased or ordered specifically for the project are non-refundable.
• If work has already begun, payment is due for labor performed and materials installed up to the date of cancellation.
Deposits secure your place on our project calendar and cover administrative time, scheduling coordination, and project preparation.
Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Requests to reschedule must be made as early as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, new dates are subject to availability.
Weather & Project Delays
As an outdoor service provider, weather conditions may require us to adjust project timelines. In the event of weather-related delays, we will communicate promptly and reschedule as needed to ensure proper installation and safety.
